Fine roasted coffees to include Hawaiian, Kona, and Kona Peaberry blends. Nearly twenty years old, the Hawaiian Paradise Coffee company is locally owned and operated and is Hawaii’s second largest foodservice coffee roaster by volume.
Waialua Fresh Eggs
Waialua, Hawaii
Solar powered, energy independent, carbon neutral and built by local tradesmen, the farm has supported Hawaii’s sustainability goals while also creating more than 400 jobs for the economy. It’s solar arrays double as cage free shelter for the hens with plenty of storage to reuse the energy and keep the farm running.

Buying fresh seafood daily from the local Honolulu auction and fishermen gives us the distinct advantage of providing our customers with premium seafood. Pier 37 Fish Auction is the only Live fish auction in the United States, and we are proud to get fresh fish from the auction daily.
